| What to Do With Leftover Pork Chops |
We had some leftover grilled boneless pork chops that needed to used up and because of the heat I wanted to keep it simple. So I thought a simple sauce served with rice pilaf and some grilled eggplant would work.

After a spring crop of superior quality artichokes, the artichoke ranches of the Central Coast of California are set to deliver a summer and fall crop that will be hard to top if cool summer weather continues as predicted. The varieties of artichokes grown during the summer months love the marine layer of gray clouds that hang over the coastal areas, keeping back the bright sun and heat just over the hills.

| Green Day - A Veggie Thanksgiving |
Leaving the cruelty out of your Thanksgiving celebration is easy! Most of the wonderful foods that people enjoy at Thanksgiving are already cruelty-free.
Think lovely comfort foods like candied yams, seasoned bread stuffing, squash, vegan mashed potatoes and gravy! Fresh steamed vegetables and freshly baked breads! And all those wonderful vegan desserts! Turkey can be replaced by a 'tofurky' or a beautiful baked pumpkin filled with savory dressing.
Thrill all your guests with these vegetarian additions to your holiday feast ...
