Chicken salad with grapes, walnuts, and celery.. made from the leftover roast chicken dinner! Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl until combined well.
Keto Friendly Chicken Salad with Grapes & Walnuts Intuitive Recipe
- about 2 cups left-over cold cooked chicken
- 3 or 4 celery ribs, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices (1 cup) (chopped)
- 1/3 cup of red onion (chopped)
- 2 tbs of Tarragon vinegar (or 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh tarragon )
- about 1 cup of walnut pieces
- Red or green grapes sliced into 3’s
- Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
- Salt & Pepper to taste
cut the chicken into desired sized pieces add chopped celery, tarragon, salt, pepper and mayo gently fold in sliced grapes fold in walnut pieces CHILL for 2 hours & ENJOY!
